ImageFriend is not responsible for user-uploaded or user-shared content. The platform does not endorse, verify, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, ownership, safety, or appropriateness of any user-submitted image or related material.

5. Editing Tools

Any built-in editing features are provided on an as-is basis for general convenience. ImageFriend does not guarantee that any editing tool will preserve image quality, metadata, formatting, color accuracy, or compatibility across devices or services.

6. Intellectual Property

ImageFriend and its branding, layout, code, visual identity, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for your own content, no part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse engineered, or exploited without prior written permission.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ImageFriend and its owners, operators, affiliates, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

ImageFriend may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse, prohibited content, legal risk, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

ImageFriend may update these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
